Complete Your Application
Submit your application along with the application fee. All adults 18+ must apply.
Submit Required Documents
Provide proof of income, valid ID, and any other required documentation for screening.
Background & Credit Screening
Our team will process your application and complete the screening process.
Lease Signing
Once approved, review and sign your lease agreement and pay your security deposit.
Move In!
Receive your keys and welcome packet. Welcome home to The Flats at the Exchange!
